Washer/dryer only available in the Loghouse cabin.

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. 

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be received within 2-5 days of booking a reservation in order to hold the cabin and will be applied as a payment.

Please make check payable to TMDM Properties LLC. - Credit cards are also accepted directly through the website.

The balance (remaining 50%) is due one month before your arrival. No refund, if you cancel within 30-days of your check-in date.

If you cancel prior to 30-days, your deposit will be held as a credit for future bookings with no expiration date.

Guests can NOT exceed published maximum occupancies. 

Guests must provide their own linens (bed sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, dish towels), unless requested when booking for a small fee.

Check in is at 3:00 pm

Check out is at 11:00 am

PETS allowed, please indicate type and how many when you book.

All units are non-smoking.

Kayaks and row boats are provided for renters on a first come, first serve basis - guests must bring their own life jackets 

No gas motors of any kind may be used on the lake

Sleeping in campers, tents or RV's is not allowed on the property, unless specifically approved by owners.

Please dispose of your trash and recyclables at the bins along the side of the garage

Friday is trash pickup day. Separate glass, metal, and plastic from your trash.  Use clear plastic garbage bags, as required by local ordinance.​

Every time you book with Cabins at Chimney Mountain, for every day you stay with us you will be entered to win a 2-night stay

A drawing for the winner of the 2-night stay will be on pulled and announced on December 31st.

The 2-night stay can be booked directly with the owners for any open dates between September-June, not available for July & August.
